Return & Refund Policy

At Growthify Bangladesh, we are committed to your growth and satisfaction. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our paid courses, webinars, and learning programs. For our marketing and branding services, refund terms are handled a little differently, as explained below. Please review our updated refund terms:

Refund Eligibility (Courses, Webinars, and Learning Programs)

  • Refunds are available within 30 calendar days of your original purchase.
  • Refund requests will be honored with no questions asked if you meet the eligibility conditions.
  • Refunds are only valid if you have attended no more than one (1) class.
  • If you have attended more than one class, the refund will not be applicable.
  • No refund will be provided for partial payments, whether you have attended the class or not.

Refund Eligibility (Marketing and Branding Services)

  • If you have paid for a marketing or branding service but the service has not yet been provided, you may request a refund within a maximum of 30 days of purchase.
  • Once a marketing or branding service has been provided, no refund is applicable.

Special Note on Free Offerings

  • Any free course, webinar, or offering is provided at no cost. No refunds are necessary or applicable for these.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • You will be notified at growthifybangladesh@gmail.com when your refund is processed.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at growthifybangladesh@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID or transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund (optional, since we offer no-questions-asked for eligible courses)

Growthify Bangladesh's Rights

Growthify Bangladesh reserves the right to:

  • Decline a refund if course/webinar attendance exceeds one class, or if a marketing/branding service has already been provided.
  • Amend this policy at any time for compliance or business reasons.
