Service Scope

Growthify Bangladesh offers:

• Live webinars
• Digital courses and content
• Relevant learning programs
• 360 marketing and branding services, as required

User Responsibilities

By joining Growthify Bangladesh:

• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account and password security.
• You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely via our trusted payment partners.
• Fees for paid programs and services must be paid in full before access or delivery begins, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

• Growthify Bangladesh offers a 30-day money-back guarantee (no questions asked) for paid courses, webinars, and learning programs, if you have attended no more than one (1) class.
• No refunds are available for paid courses where more than one class has been attended.
• For marketing and branding services, once the service has been provided, no refund is applicable. However, if you have paid for a service but it has not yet been provided, you may request a refund within a maximum of 30 days, and the refund will be processed.
• Refund requests must be submitted to growthifybangladesh@gmail.com. This is mandatory for all refund requests.
• Free offerings are not eligible for any refund.

Privacy Policy

• Growthify Bangladesh is committed to protecting your privacy.
• We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, graphics, and content are the exclusive property of Growthify Bangladesh.
• You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Liability Disclaimer

• Growthify Bangladesh is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of course content or services.
• We are not responsible for any technical disruptions beyond our control.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
• Any disputes will be resolved under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
